Antonio Cisneros is an award winning cinematographer and documentary filmmaker based in Los Angeles. A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, the American Film Institute and a Film Independent Project Involve Alumni, his passion is to create social documentary work in both still and motion photography. He has lensed films for the BBC, PBS, Hulu, Soul Pancake, The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences and Center for Investigative Reporting.
Recently he has lensed the film Kingdom of Shadows, making it's premiere at South by Southwest 2015, documenting the history of the drug war and is slated for release later this year. Additionally the documentary film Class of ’27, following the lives of children in rural Kentucky, will be making it’s national premiere on PBS this December.
